Primary Responsibilities
- Assist leadership in fostering effective, accountable management of personnel to drive organisational performance.
- Provide expert HR advice and insights, utilising comprehensive data analysis to support informed decision-making by senior management.
- Act as a trusted HR consultant to ensure alignment between business objectives and workforce priorities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain strong governance within all HR functions.
- Serve as a key liaison between regional teams and central HR operations, ensuring consistent delivery of agreed standards and services.
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration to enhance workplace relations and organisational trust.
- Lead and contribute to various change management and transformation initiatives related to people management.
- Advocate for the utilisation of available HR resources and services to support business needs.
- The ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor, building effective relationships and positively influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with a methodical and resilient approach to problem resolution.
- Proven experience in supporting and managing organisational change.
- Competence in managing multiple projects concurrently with effective prioritisation and project management skills.
- A solid understanding of business strategy and commercial considerations, and their impact on workforce and customer outcomes.
- CIPD Qualification is essential
