Job Description
- Providing administrative support in the Human Resources department
- Assisting with staff recruitment processes
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring their confidentiality
- Assisting with the execution of HR-related projects
- Facilitating staff training and development programmes
- Handling HR-related queries from staff members
- Assisting with the coordination of staff engagement activities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices
A Successful HR Assistant Should Have
- A proven track record of completing HR tasks within the public sector
- A sound understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Salary up to £25,979 per year (FTE)
