Job Description

  • Providing administrative support in the Human Resources department
  • Assisting with staff recruitment processes
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring their confidentiality
  • Assisting with the execution of HR-related projects
  • Facilitating staff training and development programmes
  • Handling HR-related queries from staff members
  • Assisting with the coordination of staff engagement activities
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices

The Successful Applicant

A Successful HR Assistant Should Have

  • A proven track record of completing HR tasks within the public sector
  • A sound understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications
