We have one position in either Plymouth or the Bournemouth area.

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our HR team at BCHA.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced in Employee Relations – Able to confidently handle employee relations issues.
  • Coaching Approach – Committed to guiding and supporting colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent) – Essential for this role.
  • Collaborative and Resourceful – A team player who leverages resources effectively and communicates clearly to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Passionate About BCHA’s Mission – Dedicated to supporting our goal to help customers thrive. Our HR team can contribute towards this by ensuring our colleagues feel valued and equipped with the tools they need.

Requirements:

Demonstrable and significant employee relations case managementExperience of dealing with consultation activities and TUPEExperience of utilising HRMS to generate people reports and data.Experience of working in a commercially aware HR environmentExperience of developing and delivering effective and engaging people management trainingExperience of using Microsoft office to a high standard (inc. excel & formulas)Able to demonstrate that you put the customer at the heart of all you doAble to demonstrate you are effective both as a team member and working on your ownAble to make sound decisions and offer sound adviceA completer/finisher
