Are you an HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? We are seeking an HR Advisor to join Stannah on a fixed-term basis for 6 Months.
In this HR Advisor job, you will work collaboratively with the HR Operations team to support the business change agenda during a period of global transformation.
You will focus on supporting the HR team with a range of projects and tasks, enabling Managers to meet the Group strategic objectives through effective management of their teams, the role also strives to align processes and improve consistency with people-related practices.
This job is predominantly based from our Head Office in Andover but will offer the flexibility to work from home on some of the days, based on business requirements.
To be successful in this job, you will have experience advising on a range of employment areas in an HR generalist position. Experience in a fast-paced multi-site environment is essential. Knowledge of a manufacturing or engineering environment would be desirable. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards Level 5 or equivalent

HR Advisor Responsibilities
- Provide support to the HR Business Partners to identify and prepare requirements for HR-related processes
- Support Managers in consultation meetings , coaching Managers on their delivery and assisting with follow-up actions
- Document and standardise processes to provide a consistent template for the future
- Collaborate on workforce planning, change management, retention strategies, coaching, employee relations.
- Assist HR Advisors with complex ER cases and develop frameworks for Manager upskilling, including policy creation, workshops, and enhanced guides for effective people management.
- Enhance HR visibility across the UK businesses, champion equality and diversity, and provide support to senior HR leaders when needed.
- Previous experience of working as an HR Advisor or Generalist, delivering on HR projects and initiatives.
- CIPD part or fully qualified (or equivalent experience)
