About The Role
This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during evening hours. Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure all office and communal areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the evening.
- Replenish office supplies at designated stations and notify the Facilities Manager of any low stock levels.
- Report any maintenance, equipment, or decoration issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Support end-of-day office preparation, ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are clean, accessible, and ready for the next day’s use.
- Lock and secure areas not in use, following the ‘End of Day Checklist’.
- Check the premises before leaving, ensuring no staff remain onsite, and notify any remaining colleagues if needed.
- Assist with light administrative tasks when required to support smooth office operations.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional manner.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and proactive in maintaining high standards.
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
