Adept Care homes provide residential care and residential dementia care in our family-run, Midlands-based care homes. We help our residents to lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team.
You will be joining the team at Moat House is a beautiful quality residential home in Burbage conservation area, offering award-winning luxury and high-quality care.
As our Housekeeper, you will take great pride in ensuring all standards of cleanliness, infection prevention and laundry are of an exceptional standard. The home is looking for a team member to focus their attention to the finer detail and keeping our residents’ home thoroughly clean. Your responsibilities will include vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, polishing, deep cleans and ensure that there is an adequate supply of clean linen, towels and residents' personal clothing.
Our Housekeepers enjoy their work, talking to residents, learning about them and upholding our Adept family values by being kind, taking ownership and communicating well.
You will be given a thorough induction into your role via one of our experienced mentors, while receiving both online and face to face training during this time and throughout your career at Adept Care. Our dedicated Training Manager and Dementia Manager are happy to arrange or support with any additional training you feel you may need to ensure you are supported in reaching your full potential while fulfilling your career ambitions.

- 25 hours a week

- Previous Housekeeping experience (desirable)
- Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Positive and caring attitude (essential)
