We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the catering and hospitality services across two Defence Messes at Beachley Barracks.

As a Hospitality Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our operations, ensuring excellent service standards and smooth delivery of all hospitality and catering functions.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hospitality and catering services on site.
• Manage day-to-day soft facilities (FM) service delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with the client and follow up on any agreed actions.
• Complete and act on client satisfaction surveys and feedback.
• Promote the Mess facilities and act as a positive representative of the company.
• Ensure all hospitality is delivered to a high standard and look for opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs and sales, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Schedule staff effectively in line with business needs.
• Ensure customer requirements are shared across departments for smooth planning and delivery.

• Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or event management.
• Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills.
• Confident using computers and hospitality systems.
• Positive “can-do” attitude and great attention to detail.
