We’re on the lookout for a Horticulture and Estates Officer to join the believe housing team on a 12-month fixed term basis to be based from Seaham.

About the role
The Horticultural and Estates Officer will deliver a pro-active, customer-focused estate service that works alongside the teams within believe housing and also with external partners to ensure our estates are maintained to a high standard.
The successful candidate will:

- a particular focus on ensuring that all external areas on estates remain clean, safe and free from litter and fly-tipping.
- gardens of void properties to an acceptable standard for incoming tenants.
- required to act as an ambassador for believe housing working with internal and external partners to deliver excellent services to the neighbourhoods in which we work.
- required to work across all believe housing locations.
