Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, inclusive team. In this rewarding role, you’ll support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2, lead planned lessons, and help every child thrive in a positive and engaging environment.

What we’re looking for:

• HLTA qualification (or working towards)
• Confident delivering whole-class learning
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Experience supporting children with varied needs

• Start: ASAP
• Hours: 33 hours per week, 39 weeks
• Salary: £19,715 – £22,599 pro rata (Associate 3.1)
