We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Highways & Engineering Estimating Technician. What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring all estimates are meticulously prepared, accurately reflecting project scope to minimise errors and avoid cost overruns, helping us deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs through smart resource use, efficient subcontractor management, and strategic procurement, all while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Leveraging your estimating expertise, client relationships, and market knowledge to drive profitability by securing competitive bids, optimising resources, and maximising revenue opportunities.


What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality estimates.
  • A strategic thinker who can identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Experience in highways or engineering estimating (or related fields) is highly desirable.
