At Oasis Academy Lister Park, we have an exciting new Alternative Provision, and we need a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who’s ready to make learning work for students who need it most. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging lessons and interventions for students with SEMH and behavioural needs.
  • Support teachers in creating personalised learning experiences that spark curiosity and progress.
  • Build strong, positive relationships that help students feel safe, valued, and motivated.
  • Work with colleagues and external partners to ensure every child gets the support they deserve.
  • Live out the Oasis ethos and 9 Habits, promoting inclusion, respect, and resilience every day.

What We’re Looking For

  • HLTA status or equivalent experience in education.
  • A passion for working with young people who need extra support.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
  • Creativity, resilience, and a commitment to helping students thrive.
