What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of our Helpdesk team, your role will involve handling client requests, managing work orders, and supporting our internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service. This isn’t an IT Helpdesk role; it's focused on facilities management, so you’ll be dealing with building maintenance, work orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the facilities side.
- Customer Service Excellence: Responding promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, providing solutions with a “right first time” approach.
- Work Order Management: Log and track requests (both reactive and planned) to ensure adherence to agreed service levels and client expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting & Administration: Use CAFM systems (Famis 360) and other tools like Yardi to monitor job statuses, generate reports, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Prioritization & Problem-Solving: Effectively prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is essential
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously
- IT literate and comfortable using CAFM and Microsoft tools
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
