Due to the ever increasing demand on our NHS Hearing Services, we are creating exciting new opportunities for experienced Hearing Care Assistants across the company as part of our ongoing commitment to provide a high quality hearing service.
Do you provide exemplary patient services to ensure quality and patient satisfaction? Do you enjoy helping customers get the most from their hearing aids? Have you got excellent attention to detail and provide superb aftercare ? If you answer YES to these questions, you are just the person we are looking for.
The aim of this role is to support the needs of our customers to ensure they experience the best from their hearing aids.

To apply for this role a full clean driving license is essential as this role is fully mobile. We will be offering a competitive salary package along with structured on the job training and future career development opportunities.
The Business
We are a nationally based opticians and hearing care business. With a Head Office in Birmingham and a local manufacturing facility, we support over 166 retail branches across England, Scotland and Wales. This is a family owned business, which has maintained a presence in the city since 1938, and we are expanding.
