We’re now looking for a Healthy Homes Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term basis up until 31st March 2027. This role offers full-time hours (36.25 per week), and agile working arrangements.
About The Role
As a Healthy Homes Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Healthy Homes programme, ensuring compliance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Awaab’s Law. You’ll work closely with technical officers, team leaders, and administrative staff to triage and manage cases of damp and mould, schedule specialist operatives, and maintain robust records for audit and oversight.
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, local authorities, and contractors regarding Healthy Homes cases, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of queries. Your work will help ensure our homes are safe, healthy, and compliant with all relevant legislation.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Knowledge of HHSRS, Awaab’s Law, and housing management systems
- Experience in managing property compliance, repairs, or similar
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to monitor and meet performance targets in line with agreed KPIs
