Healthcare Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for experienced, skilled, and compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly and professional care team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Cumberland, Cumbria

Salary: £12.75 per hour (Weekdays) | £13.15 per hour (Weekends)

Delivering exceptional personal care and support in line with individual care plans.

Assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication.

Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes or concerns.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

Proven experience working as a Care Assistant or in a similar care role.

Must live in Cumbria or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate.

Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship provided.

A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).
