Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for service users in Worcester and surrounding areas.
In this role, you’ll deliver essential, person-centered care to our service users, managing their clinical interventions and tending to their care needs. You’ll also support them to participate in activities they enjoy, such as socialising with friends and family, going on community outings, and engaging in sensory-based activities with the younger ones.
At night, you’ll assist with their bedtime routines, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure, and help create a calming environment to support a restful night’s sleep.

Pay Rates
- £15.00 - £17.00 per hour
- Part Time Nights
- Sunday - Thursday: 10pm to 8:30am
- Friday - Saturday: 10pm to 8am
- Alternate weekend availability is required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
