Health and Safety Coordinator
Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM (EKFB)
Date: 2 weeks ago
City: Brackley
Contract type: Full time

About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineer and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall.
We’re looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join the Health and Safety team based from our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section of works. This role will be based at sites and offices in the Brackley area, some of which are remote, therefore we do ask that you hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle in order to be considered for this position.
In this role you will be providing administrative support to the Health and Safety team and will review processes and schedules in line with project policies. You'll liaise daily with the internal site delivery teams to obtain health and safety performance and compliance information.
The role requires you to monitor and maintain all health and safety system platforms ensuring data accuracy is maintained. You'll also be assisting with the collation and preparation of data for health and safety reports. You'll also attend regular meetings where you'd need to be taking minutes and recording actions.
About You
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation. EKFB is committed to improving lives, communities and the engineering and construction industry by providing sustained employment opportunities and being a good neighbour, protecting the environment and the places we work.
If you would like to be part of our collaborative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking culture, then please apply today.
In return, we’re offering a competitive salary & benefits.
EKFB brings together international, market leading technical expertise. We have an industry leading track record of delivering major infrastructure projects, including Crossrail, the Millau Viaduct, Mersey gateway and the Bretagne-Pays de la Loire High Speed Rail link.
We are committed to, and strongly believe in, inclusiveness and equality of opportunity.
Everyone who works with EKFB has a contribution to make; we welcome applications from all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. Our aim is to be an exemplar employer of choice and to continue to strengthen our inclusive working environments, where everyone feels they truly belong and are able to bring their whole and authentic selves to work. Many of our people work flexibly and we will be happy to talk with you about how this could work for you.
EKFB are committed to making reasonable adjustments to support our people throughout their employment journey. Please contact us if there are any reasonable adjustments or additional support you might require for making an application.
Please note your CV may be shared with joint venture partners on this project.
Pre-employment Checks
It’s worth remembering that we’ll undertake the relevant/standard employment checks if you’re successful in the selection process. This includes applying for references, as well as checking your ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and your right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks.
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance will be required (to be undertaken as part of onboarding process)
