About The Opportunity

The Head of Strategy Execution & Governance leads the translation of the Data & AI unit’s strategic vision into a structured, actionable roadmap with measurable outcomes. This role embeds governance, financial discipline, and value realization into every program and project, ensuring investments deliver tangible business results aligned to GFGO and enterprise priorities. The role provides leadership and clear visibility into strategic progress, financial performance, and business impact for leadership and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Translate the Data & AI strategic vision into a structured roadmap of programs and projects, each tied to clear OKRs and company objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of roadmap execution, adapting to evolving business needs and external dynamics.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment of initiatives across regional and global operations.Partner with unit heads to build financial plans, govern budget discipline, and prioritize investments based on strategic impact.
  • Track financial performance against commitments and produce consolidated, transparent reporting for leadership.
  • Define and embed value realization frameworks to measure and validate benefits delivered toward global operations and enterprise objectives.
  • Lead governance processes, provide inputs for strategic reviews and decision forums, and strengthen operational discipline by embedding governance into daily ways of working.
  • Build OKR-aligned performance tracking and produce executive dashboards highlighting progress, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Directly manage high-priority projects: plan, schedule, track, and report delivery activities, apply agile or hybrid methods, surface and resolve bottlenecks, and capture lessons learned.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communicate strategy and financial commitments, and support adoption of the operating model and governance structures through change management.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Data/AI, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy execution, program management, governance, or a senior leadership role within data/AI, technology, or digital transformation functions.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into prioritized roadmaps with measurable OKRs and business outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost–benefit analysis, investment prioritization, and financial governance.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving value realization, benefit tracing, and corrective action across complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Experience with OKR frameworks, executive reporting, and creating single sources of truth for progress and performance.
  • Skilled stakeholder manager with excellent communication and change management abilities; able to influence across regional and global operations.
  • Experience applying agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and embedding governance into operational ways of working.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with strong bias toward measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
