What You Will Do

: Lead on the operational running of security and BCM/resilience outputs in support of strategic delivery outcomes.

: Support functional directors, programmes, and employees in executing the security strategy and maintaining operational resilience.

: Integrate and align security and resilience effects to the strategic outcomes required of the business.

: Influence senior stakeholders across the business and all security disciplines to achieve effective and efficient outcomes.

: Lead the security SMEs and business team in execution of the security strategy.

: Support cross:functional senior stakeholders in optimising efficiency and effectiveness of outputs to mitigate business risk.

What You Will Bring

: Extensive experience within the security industry, ideally with a background in HM Armed Forces.

: In:depth working knowledge of HMG and industry standard security policy, standards, and good practice guidance.

: Experience in conducting security compliance audits and risk assessments.

: Strong decision:making abilities and the capability to work with diverse operational activities.

: Excellent leadership and collaborative experience across multiple security disciplines.
