We're seeking an exceptional Head of Quality to lead a best-in-class operation at our global Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) for aftermarket parts, ensuring quality excellence from supplier to dealer.
This role is hands-on, technically embedded, and strategically pivotal. You'll lead by example in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment—championing continuous improvement, empowering your team, and helping shape a true Quality Centre of Excellence .

This role is hands-on, technically embedded, and strategically pivotal. You'll lead by example in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment—championing continuous improvement, empowering your team, and helping shape a true Quality Centre of Excellence .
Your Mission
- Own and oversee all quality processes across inbound, warehousing, and outbound operations.
- Partner with Warehouse & Logistics, QMS, and Outbound teams to ensure seamless product flow and compliance.
- Lead supplier quality and inbound part issue resolution—proactively managing risk and reinforcing standards.
- Shape and deliver quality strategy through measurable KPIs , operational efficiency, and reduction in errors.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team—promoting a culture of coaching, accountability, and pride.
- Support training programmes and personal development initiatives for wider teams.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously—maintaining clarity and delivering results.
- Champion data-led decision making using advanced data analysis packages to pinpoint trends, risks, and improvements.
- Proven experience running a quality function in automotive, aerospace, or engineering-led distribution.
- An engineering or technical background with real-world experience in warehousing or supply chain operations.
- Mastery of quality tools: Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen.
- Competence with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation.
- Familiarity with CAD systems and Teamcenter for engineering interface and process alignment.
- Exceptional communication skills—confident influencing at all levels and across cross-functional teams.
- A passion for coaching, developing talent, and embedding continuous improvement into daily culture.
