With 20+ years of innovation behind us - and ambitious growth ahead - we’re looking for a Head of Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the strategic delivery of programmes that drive real business impact. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape how we plan, deliver, and govern strategic programmes across the business. You’ll bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives, working closely with the Board to ensure delivery is aligned, resourced, and focused on real outcomes.


What You’ll Do as our Head of PMO:


  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our PMO, ensuring projects are planned, resourced, and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Provide strategic oversight across our full programme portfolio - tracking performance, managing risk, and maintaining alignment to business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, People, and Tech teams to ensure programmes are joined-up and customer-focused.
  • Own governance and reporting frameworks - keeping stakeholders informed with clear, actionable insights.
  • Coach, support, and grow a small team of talented programme and project management professionals.
  • Play a key role in post-M&A integration - managing transition plans and ensuring continuity of service.


What You’ll Bring:


  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior project, programme or portfolio management role within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of building and leading PMO functions that support delivery, governance and business outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of project delivery frameworks including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to link delivery to ROI and long-term business impact.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-level change.
  • Strong skills in reporting, risk management, and managing complex cross-functional programmes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, ideally with exposure to Lean Six Sigma or Agile transformation.
  • Qualifications in PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP,MSP, SAFe or similar a big plus.
