As Head of Personal Injury, you'll have a diverse caseload, with the opportunity to bring in more work according to your capacity. The role requires limited supervision due to the team's self-sufficiency but does call for a talented professional to promote the firm locally and handle cases efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years PQE with consistent billing experience. Tech savviness and confidence with business development would be advantageous, but not essential.
In return for your skills and commitment, you'll enjoy the benefit of a lucrative bonus scheme, the flexibility to work from home two days per week, and a clear pathway towards equity within 12-24 months.
