What We Are Looking For
- A qualified teacher with substantial experience in secondary PE
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative
- Impeccable attention to detail in planning, assessment, and curriculum development
- A commitment to inclusive, high-quality physical education for all students
- Experience organising sports fixtures, trips, and whole-school events
- Lead and manage the PE department, including staff development and performance
- Design and deliver an engaging, inclusive PE curriculum
- Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student progress
- Coordinate extracurricular sports and inter-school competitions
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all PE activities
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to promote whole-school wellbeing and physical literacy
