We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to oversee regional operations and drive service excellence within our organisation. This key role involves managing a large, mobile team of engineers supported by several managers reporting directly to you. These engineers serve a diverse client base, handling a wide range of engineering issues across multiple sites.

About the role:

As Head of Operations, you will ensure contractual commitments are met, aligned with client expectations and Mitie's goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory compliance, leading a team to promote safety, quality, and environmental standards, and building strong stakeholder relationships to optimize service delivery. You will manage budgets, handle escalations, oversee maintenance routines, and coordinate scheduling to maximize efficiency. Upholding health and safety standards, overseeing personnel performance, and driving continuous improvement are also essential. This role offers a great opportunity to lead a mobile engineering team across multiple clients, ensuring high service standards and operational excellence.
