• Lead and manage supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise processes and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and 3PLs to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favourable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Profile

A successful Head of Operations should have:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management in the Food & Beverages industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
