Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Marketing & Communication to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of organisational marketing strategy for growth, supporting the effective achievement of growth/occupancy targets.

• Effective budget utilisation, with ability to demonstrate return on investment on all marketing campaigns.

• Oversight of the organisation, attendance and success of key internal and external events.

• Consistency across all internal and external communication strategies.

• Promotion of employee value proposition (EVP) and brand values both internally and externally.

• Effective partnership with all internal and external stakeholder groups, building strong relationships to drive organisation success.

Requirements:

• Ability to develop a team through a combination of managing, coaching, and motivating.

• Extensive experience of marketing and communications, ideally gained within a complex, matrix environment.

• Ability to analyse and evaluate the organisation’s brand value proposition in the market and develop the organisation’s CRM capabilities to build relevant contact plans for different customer segments.

• Extensive experience of creating and executing marketing campaigns focused on driving revenue and business growth.

• Ability to effectively manage and engage a team.

• Confident spokesperson with experience in representing your organisation to enhance and protect its reputation.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering successful Marcomms campaigns.

• Experience of internal communications and engagement, with a particular focus on driving cultural change.

• B2G experience, ideal (but not essential), gained within a regulatory environment
