We’ve launched at speed and scale. Now we need a marketing leader who can turn up the volume, sharpen the strategy, and build a culturally resonant brand that people want to be part of.

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially-driven Head of Marketing to lead and scale our brand presence across all touchpoints. Based out of our London office, you’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, managing a cross-functional team and delivering growth through content, campaigns and partnerships that actually convert.

This is a hands-on leadership role: strategic but not afraid of the details. Ideal for someone who has built (or rebuilt) marketing functions within fast-paced retail environments, especially in fashion, beauty or lifestyle.

What You'll Own

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Lead and evolve our brand marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels.

Develop and deliver seasonal and campaign calendars, ensuring marketing ladders up to commercial goals.

Own marketing performance reporting – with a clear focus on ROI and acquisition growth.

Team Leadership

Manage and develop the marketing team across Social, Influencer & Brand Partnerships, CRM/Email, and Paid Digital.

Provide strategic oversight and direction to specialists within the team (e.g. influencer marketing lead).

Drive collaboration between marketing and wider teams – especially Ecom, Retail, and Product

Hire and scale the team as we grow across markets

Channel Management

Oversee all social platforms (paid and organic), ensuring the brand shows up culturally and consistently.

Guide influencer & partnership activity through effective management and collaboration with the internal lead.

Guide our CRM & retention strategy – think welcome flows, triggered journeys, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Work with our paid media team (in-house & agency) to optimise performance and scale paid acquisition.

Brand Building

Shape how Jewells shows up in culture – through collabs, events, activations and content

Push creativity and storytelling in all we do, from emails to events

Help us own our space: from “just another jewellery brand” to a true brand of influence

About You

6+ years’ marketing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or head-of role.

Proven success scaling DTC or omnichannel retail brands (ideally in fashion, jewellery, beauty or accessories)

Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, social and partnerships, budgets and forecasting.

Commercially minded – understands the relationship between brand and revenue.

Highly collaborative, fast-moving and resourceful.

Excited by building something new and making noise in a crowded space.
