About The Role
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be accountable for the strategy and operational outputs of Arval UK’s marketing function. You’ll create the vision for the demand generation and operational marketing teams, working closely with your management team to develop a clear and cohesive roadmap to deliver tangible results.
In addition to steering day-to-day marketing operations, you’ll play an active role in the wider Arval UK leadership community, influencing decisions and driving stakeholder engagement both in the UK and the wider Arval group. The key to success in this role is striking a balance between setting the strategic direction and knowing when to get more hands-on to ensure successful delivery of key results.

You’re a skilled marketer and outcomes-oriented leader who thrives on autonomy and has a strong bias for action. You know how to prioritise effectively, set a clear vision, and inspire others to achieve great things.
You’ll Also Be Able To Demonstrate
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £85,000, plus a bonus of up to £15,000. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.

- Developing and overseeing the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports business growth and aligns with global objectives
- Leading and mentoring a talented marketing team, ensuring the team structure and ways of working are conducive to collaboration, career development and operational excellence
- Leveraging data to inform and influence key decisions, optimise activities, and communicate results
- Identifying opportunities to enhance and leverage the marketing tech stack

You’ll Also Be Able To Demonstrate
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, ideally within a large corporate or global matrixed environment
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns and strategies
- Effective stakeholder management skills, and the capability to influence senior leaders
- An understanding of, or interest in ESGs/sustainability and the ability to integrate them authentically into marketing activities
- Curiosity, resilience, and a track record of delivering tangible results
