Luton Rising are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead and inspire our marketing team. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of Luton Rising, driving brand awareness and generating excitement around our ambitious projects.
As Head of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives. You’ll oversee a diverse range of marketing activities, from brand management and digital marketing to content creation and event marketing. You’ll also build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage media relations.
Please note this role does not attract sponsorship.
About You
We’re looking for a marketing leader with a proven track record of success. You should have a deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll need to be able to inspire and motivate a team, as well as build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential, along with a knowledge of relevant marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
