The Role:
Lead GTM Operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services and Partnerships. You’ll build a high-performing team and drive commercial impact through process design, systems optimisation, and analytics.
Job Description:
- Define and execute the GTM Operations strategy alongside senior leadership
- Build scalable GTM processes and continuously improve team enablement
- Own the GTM tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics) and evaluate tools
- Provide reporting and insights to influence strategic decision-making
- Drive alignment across functions and manage strategic revenue projects
- Oversee training, sales compensation plans, and best practices documentation
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years in GTM/RevOps/Sales Ops, ideally in fast-growth software businesses
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of GTM systems, processes, and metrics
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
