GLF Schools is looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to take on the role of Head of Compensation & Benefits. This position, based at their head office in Banstead, Surrey, offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on HR initiatives, with a focus on aligning compensation and benefits strategies with the organization's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and administration of compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with current regulations and legislation.
- Manage the Payroll and Pensions team to deliver timely, accurate services while ensuring legal compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support HR projects related to recruitment, retention, and remuneration strategies.
- Provide advanced data analysis, especially in compensation benchmarking and job evaluation.
Candidate Requirements:
A degree or diploma in finance, business management, HR, or related fields.
Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and trends.
Proficiency in data analytics, particularly using advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
