The Role...

As Head of Business Analytics, you will own integrated planning and performance analytics for the revenue organisation. You will work cross-functionally across sales, revenue operations, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment, improve revenue predictability, and maximize growth efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who is highly analytical, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

What You Will Do...

  • Own integrated planning and forecasting for the revenue organisation, ensuring alignment across GTM teams and Finance on growth and efficiency goals
  • Develop and track key performance metrics related to topline growth, unit economics, pipeline health, conversion efficiency, sales productivity and customer retention. Partner with Finance on revenue reporting and reconciliation.
  • Design and implement revenue forecasting models, improving accuracy and predictability.
  • Optimize sales territories, quotas, and target account selection to maximize efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights on revenue growth opportunities, deal velocity, pipeline trends, and conversion bottlenecks.
  • Support pricing, monetisation and sales incentive programs through analytics, modelling and defining guardrails for pricing decisions.
  • Lead revenue analytics tech stack strategy, ensuring data integrity and scalable reporting, and build automated reporting solutions for GTM teams
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or another analytical discipline
  • Experience leading revenue planning and analytics in a fast growing fintech or B2B technology company. Payments industry experience is a plus.
  • Expert understanding of B2B revenue planning and forecasting models, including all the levers that drive revenue and efficiency across GTM teams (sales, partnerships, pipeline, customer retention, etc)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue performance through business analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data analysis into business insights and recommendations, and to communicate them effectively to senior or non-technical audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Experience in data visualization techniques and reporting automation tools

Dojo home and away

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If The Following Speak To You, Let’s Talk

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
