About The Role

The Head of Business Analysis is a key leadership position within the Strategic Change team. It is responsible for ensuring we have a sector leading BA capability, which can enable us to make the right decisions and deliver a more cohesive and straightforward set of services.

Engaging, strategic and influential, you will partner with our community and various stakeholders across the university to amplify the impact of out next five-year strategy. You will have a particular focus on identifying business problems and opportunities and building key relationships to execute effective solutions to meet our broader institutional objectives.

We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.5 FTE – equivalent of 2.5 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

About You

You will be a confident leader with well-developed influencing skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationship at all levels. You will bring experience of leading a business analysis function in a large and complex organisation. With proven experience in a role with responsibility for transformation and change management, and engaging a variety of audiences, you will bring a collaborative approach to delivering on our set objectives.
