• Leading a multi-brand dealership across new and used car operations
• Setting and delivering a strategy to smash sales, profit, and market share goals
• Creating a customer experience that's second to none
• Inspiring, coaching, and empowering a high-performing team
• Being the face of the dealership in the local community
• Owning the P&L and ensuring commercial success in a PLC environment
