We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Consulting Lead to spearhead our consulting vision and technical strategy. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team of consultants and developers, both onshore and offshore, to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations and achieve business goals. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with ideal candidates based in London, Leeds, or Manchester.
What you'll be doing:
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Manchester, Leeds or London
Security Clearance Level: BPSS

Salary: Up to £100k, depending in experience
Benefits: 20% bonus, £6,600 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical , life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.

What you'll be doing:
- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for automation and digitalisation projects.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline for these projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
- Supervise project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, providing expertise during client meetings and as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles, automation, digital transformation, or related roles within the Public Sector.
- Consistent record of successfully delivering complex technical projects and programmes.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, digital transformation frameworks, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
