This hybrid role offers flexibility, with ideal candidates based in London, Leeds, or Manchester.

What you'll be doing:

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for automation and digitalisation projects.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline for these projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
• Supervise project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, providing expertise during client meetings and as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles, automation, digital transformation, or related roles within the Public Sector.
• Consistent record of successfully delivering complex technical projects and programmes.
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies, digital transformation frameworks, and software development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: Up to £100k, depending in experience
