Working at the heart of our business, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure rooms and public areas meet our quality standards, and inspire and lead a team committed to excellence. Previous housekeeping experience is an essential requirement. You must have a warm and caring personality and possess the ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming. Excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and time management are a must.
