Hazards Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Hazards Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our residents live in safe, healthy homes.

The role is part of a growing team who have implemented the processes to support and navigate our responsibilities in relation to Awaab's Law.

The successful candidate will

• Provide responsive and effective customer service to residents.
• Coordinate responses to reports of damp, mould, and other hazards in line with legislation.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure timely visits and completion of work within Awaab’s Law SLAs.
• Book and follow up on hazard surveyor visits with customers.
• Monitor and report on hazard survey results using an external platform.
• Responding to customer and agency correspondence via phone and email.
• Managing repairs casework for damp, mould, and emergency hazards.
• Raising and closing repair jobs and purchase orders.
• Producing repair work reports for customers.
• Keeping CRM systems updated with all communications.
• Attending meetings with contractors and internal teams.
• Supporting site visits and data monitoring.
• Collaborating across teams and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
