Good news our continued success and business growth has opened an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and creative Warehouse MHE to join our successful contract.

Role Profile

• Continue with the positive safety and CI culture embedded into our site.
• Integrate training responsibilities with regular warehouse duties.
• Proactively undertaking training analysis seeking improvements in process and methods of operating.
• Ensure all working procedures maintain legal compliance and are clearly defined and cascaded, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness.
• Ensuring all necessary resources are available for training to take place.
• Giving feedback on any identified problems in the training content and/or process.
• Reviewing and adjusting training methods as appropriate.
• Effectively communicate to all stakeholders surrounding training requirements.
• Undertaking direct training of colleagues.
• Flexible working patterns will be required.
  
  

Person Profile

• Will have excellent team building and motivational skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage own time.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills and well-developed presentation skills
• Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Able to build rapport rapidly and effectively with internal and external colleagues.
