Set perfectly amidst the city, the iconic Brighton seafront, and the stunning backdrop of the South Downs, The Grand Brighton was officially opened on 21st July 1864 to great fanfare and celebrated as the original ‘Palace By The Sea’. The Grand is part of the Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition collection. Key Responsibilities Include
- To greet guests to the hotel on arrival and to assist with their luggage.
- To park the guests and visitors cars when requested by the guests or Head Concierge using extreme care and efficiency.
- To keep the concierge area tidy and welcoming.
- To be smart, clean and well presented at all times.
- To have an excellent knowledge of the Hotel. To assist guests when asked about facilities.
- To assist the Head Concierge in maximising the revenue of the car park by liaising and managing this area.
