Guest Service Manager (Nights)

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester City Centre is now looking for a Guest Service Manager (Nights) to join their team!
As Guest Service Manager Nights your role is to organise and control the maximisation of occupancy and profitability of the hotel accommodation, whilst ensuring customer service is of the highest standard during night shifts, to control the front of house operation and deal with all Duty Management issues whilst on shift, to manage security of the building ensuring the safety of guests and hotel property.
A varied role that will assist with the smooth running of the hotel operation during your shift to include:
- Effective and efficient check-in/out.
- Ensuring Bar, Restaurant & Meeting Rooms are set to standard.
- Assist and supervise the service delivery at peak times across the departments.
- Coaching & training team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Delivering on brand standards.
- Maintaining Food Hygiene, Food Safety, and Health & Safety standards.
- Available to work when the team and customer need you most.
Basic Qualifications:
· Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
· An additional language is considered an asset
· Advanced PC skills
· Any experience in a Front Desk or guest-facing department is considered as an asset
· Certificate / Diploma / Vocational training or any other qualification in Hospitality or relevant studies, is considered as an asset.
