- Welcoming VIPs, such as heads of state, royalty, and celebrities in a warm, friendly, and professional way.
- Main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service.
- Promptly and courteously addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns of our guests.
- Ensuring guest’s stay in the hotel exceeds their expectations.
- providing high quality service comes naturally to you.
- Dedicated to creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
- 5-star hotel experience in a similar role a real advantage.
