If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!As a Guarantee Customer Service Advisor at Hammonds, you’ll play a crucial role in managing customer enquiries about product guarantees and warranties. We’re looking for someone who thrives on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving claims effectively, and maintaining strong communication.Key Responsibilities Claim Management – Validate and process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions.

Job Coordination – Schedule service appointments with installers and keep customers informed about their service timelines.

Failure Analysis & Resolution – Investigate product failures, liaise with internal teams, and ensure a swift resolution.

Customer Communication – Keep customers engaged, informed, and reassured throughout their journey with Hammonds.

Collaboration – Work closely with sales, customer service, and installation teams for seamless service delivery.

Record-Keeping & Reporting – Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports to enhance processes.How You Will Succeed
