Growth Partner (For one the UK's best kept agency secrets)
Location: Hybrid – Manchester base, 3 days in office
Reporting To: Commercial Operations Director
Salary: Circa £40 to £45k + uncapped commission

This is a full 360° role for a sales-driven, relationship-building pro who thrives on winning agency new business. You’ll be mapping out opportunities, nurturing prospects, and leading high-impact pitch processes across the Northwest and key national sectors.
If you know how to build a pipeline, sell marketing as a solution, and convert high-value clients, this is your chance to drive real commercial growth with uncapped potential.
Bonus points for agency sales experience.
What You’ll Be Doing?
Pipeline power – Build, manage, and convert your own sales pipeline to hit ambitious new business targets.
Network like a pro – Attend events, grow the agency brand, and create valuable connections in key sectors.
Marketing collabs – Lead sector-specific campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and boost engagement.
Lead the pitch – Manage the full tender process from initial outreach to successful client onboarding.
Strategic partnerships – Identify key industry events, speaking opportunities, and collaborations to elevate the brand.
Client hospitality – Host networking events that create genuine connections and open doors to new business.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
Proven b2b (preferably agency) sales experience – You know how to close deals and hit revenue targets.
Marketing mindset – You understand how to position marketing solutions against client business objectives.
Pipeline management – A track record of building and nurturing opportunities from lead to conversion.
Strong networker – You thrive in events, love meeting new people, and know how to turn contacts into clients.
Self-motivated & results-driven – This is a high-impact role where ownership and initiative are key.
