About The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and self-motivated marketing professional to join our in-house marketing team working across a portfolio of our prestige brands. This is a hands-on-role where you will bring marketing insight, flair and enthusiasm whilst learning about the industry, our brands and our processes.
The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker who will support our dealerships with comprehensive marketing plans covering the majority of the marketing mix, including market planning and strategies, copy writing, social media, digital, data segmentation and targeting, sponsorship and event management. Events are key to this role bringing our clients and prospective clients to the product and designing experiences that they will enjoy and remember, this could be drive days, dinners, showroom based events and more.
You will be proactive in finding opportunities and new ways to drive results and confident in collaborating with the wider marketing team to achieve these.
You will be a results driven strategic thinker, always evaluating output to gain leads and generate awareness whilst aligning to business objectives. The customer journey will be at the heart of your decisions.
The position is based in Hamilton, Monday to Friday and will include some weekend / evenings to cover events.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified in Marketing to degree level with 3+ years’ experience in a busy marketing environment.
Events Management experience is needed.
You’ll be proficient in IT, particularly in the areas of Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills are essential adopting SEO principals.
Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies using both above and below the line techniques to meet business objectives.
Experience in evaluating and reviewing marketing campaigns and making quick decisions on next steps.
Experience in preparing and presenting campaign results to different stakeholders as well as advising on the strategy taken and providing future recommendations.
Understand and have experience with audience segmentation and high level targeting to attract new business.
Content Creation Experience Is Required - Ideally Multi-platform.
Experience with social media platforms, multi-channel paid advertising and analytics would be advantageous.
The ability to build strong internal and external relationships with all stakeholders.
The ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise workloads to tight deadlines.
Experience of working within brand guidelines.
