We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Group Manager to lead catering operations across five RNN College campuses in Rotherham. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a talented team, ensure exceptional food service and drive operational excellence. The role is predominantly Mon-Fri with occasional weekend and evening work required to meet the needs of the business.

A day in the life of a Group Manager:
- Oversee service delivery across 5 Rotherham and North Nottinghamshire (RNN) Group college campuses, ensuring a balanced, nutritious range of fresh food and beverages for students and staff
- Lead and manage a team of Catering Managers, Chefs, and Assistants to deliver exceptional service
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including P&L accountability and cost control
- Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and business reviews
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, introducing new ideas and technology
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Proven experience in contract catering within education or similar sectors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A passion for food and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Flexibility to travel across multiple sites daily
- A full UK driving licence
