An outstanding growth opportunity has arisen for a Finance Director at a rapidly scaling fintech start-up.
As the business continues its rapid expansion, entering new markets and developing cutting-edge solutions, they are seeking a Finance Director to help drive this growth.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including daily accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audits across multiple jurisdictions, and financial analysis. You will also play a crucial role in financial transformation and process optimisation, partnering with various teams across the business. As the company scales, you will build and lead a growing finance team, reporting directly to the COO.

Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent);
- Proven experience as a Finance Leader in a similar role at a high-growth start-up;
- A stable CV with extended periods at the same company, demonstrating clear progression and a strong track record of performance;
- Experience managing high volumes of transactions across multiple currencies;
- Strong background in overseeing international regulated entities;
- Expertise in financial change, process improvement, and automation;
- Previous experience with NetSuite is highly desirable;
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a finance team;
- US GAAP experience preferred; IFRS experience required.
