Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership to the accounting and finance department.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Implement effective financial controls and procedures.
- Advise on investment and capital decisions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports.
- Engage with stakeholders on financial performance.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
A successful Group Finance Director should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- A competitive salary of between £100,000 - £120,000 per annum.
