Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer/Artworker, you'll coordinate the production of essential event marketing materials, collaborating with internal teams to ensure deliverables are created and available within the given deadlines. By meticulously overseeing and producing these materials, you will directly contribute to the commercial success of our events, enhancing our on-site branding, sponsor satisfaction, and reinforcing PNE’s reputation for professionalism and quality through design.

Key Responsibilities:

• You'll take ownership of the design and creative implementation process
• Producing digital event agendas and conference guides using InDesign
• Producing printed event materials and ensuring they are sent to print within the provided deadlines (including roller banners, table signs, and provider notebooks)
• Constant development of digital sales brochures to support sales efforts, built in InDesign
• Producing deliverables for on-site activities, including digital screen graphics and signage
• Support the creation and management of all required master assets and to feed into the style guide process where appropriate
  
  

Success Factors:

• Proven experience in Graphic Design
• Degree in Design or equivalent experience
• Strong time management and ability to meet event deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign
• Passion for editorial and functional design
• Sharp attention to detail, including proofreading
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Team player who leverages expertise and fosters cooperation
• High accuracy and quality in work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
