The Brand team

The EMEA Brand team’s vision is to build an iconic global brand with local relevance. We are the guardians of the lululemon brand, ensuring we show up in the right way across all channels. We fuel business success by connecting consumers to our purpose, values and personality in every campaign and aim to be a recognised authority on both physical and mental fitness. We make the technical performance of our products famous and drive awareness, consideration, preference and overall demand for lululemon in region.

The Brand team is divided into three departments: Creative, Content and Strategy. This role sits within the Creative team and reports into the Senior Art Director.

About This Role

This job is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing team aiming to elevate the lululemon brand to grow awareness, equity, and demand. The Graphic Designer crafts world class creative that represents lululemon’s personality and values and answers business needs. They localise global assets and create net-new concepts for in-region campaigns, whilst maintaining a premium aesthetic.

Responsibilities

  • Guard the brand, ensuring an elevated, consistent and memorable brand experience across mediums and channels
  • Create a variety of high quality assets including in-store signage, window designs, event collateral, paid social adverts, website components, customer emails and campaign advertising
  • Adapt global campaigns for key European markets
  • Create concepts for net-new in-region campaigns including ideation, enrolment, execution and review
  • Forge strong cross-functional relationships for a thorough understanding of optimum creative outputs
  • Take pride in everything you do, from simple artworking to bespoke creations

Experience

  • 5 years+ of relevant agency and/ or in-house experience working on premium, cutting-edge influential brands
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong 360 design skills creating engaging assets across multiple mediums and platforms
  • Experience creating world-class window, or in-store marketing designs an advantage
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using Figma essential
  • After effects and video editing skills an advantage
  • Experience working with a project management tool; Jira an advantage
  • Degree level education preferred but not essential
