Our continued expansion means that the role will be initially based in Caerphilly, relocating to our state-of-the-art HQ in Newport by end of the year.
About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating compelling concepts for a range of internal and external campaigns and projects across the business, and for leading the design of content to be used across a multitude of online and offline platforms including website, organic and paid social, email, events and our offices etc.
You will be our Brand Guardian, ensuring all materials produced across the business are in line with our Brand Guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities
- Design a range of engaging, on-brand materials that drive consistency both internally and externally, including print ads, event stands, brochures, reports, presentations, static and animated social media graphics, infographics and posters etc.
- Develop concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns, and develop a variety of assets including banners, ads, and email templates.
- Organise, update, and create templates based on brand guidelines to be used by employees and uploaded to our ‘Brand Hub’ on SharePoint.
- Plan and execute photoshoots and produce and edit video content.
- Collaborate with external agencies, the marketing team and the wider business, engaging and inspiring on best practice brand applications to ensure consistency in designs across various platforms, providing training on the brand where necessary.
- Brief and manage external suppliers including specifications, budgets and schedules.
- Manage internal design requests from across the business, implementing a briefing process to drive efficiencies.
- Carry out graphic packages to a print/production-ready standard.
- Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring all work is on-brand and consistent with brand guidelines. Review all content for consistency, accuracy, spelling and grammar.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Graphic Design or similar role.
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferable but not essential.
- Expert in the use of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of online and offline design projects.
- Experience with digital photography and videography.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage external creative agencies and suppliers such as printers, event contractors, coders etc.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
